What are Pornstars and How Do They Work?

Pornstars is a combination of Priligy (Dapoxetine) and Viagra (Sildenafil), designed to address both erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation in men. ED is a common issue, affecting over 3 million men aged 40 and above in Canada. Viagra in this combination works quickly to relieve ED by relaxing smooth muscles and increasing blood flow to the penis, helping to achieve and maintain an erection. Priligy, on the other hand, delays ejaculation and enhances control, making it effective for treating premature ejaculation. It is the only approved medication for PE in men aged 18-64.

Viagra is a PDE5 inhibitor, meaning it requires sexual stimulation to trigger an erection—it does not work on its own. It also does not affect libido; sexual arousal is still necessary. Priligy is a fast-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that also affects norepinephrine and dopamine.
